Anti-bribery & anti-corruption
SecuFense does not offer, pay, solicit or accept bribes, facilitation payments or improper advantages of any kind, directly or through others. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent and never linked to a decision. We expect the same of every partner and representative who works with us.
Export control & sanctions
Many security and defense technologies are controlled. Defense-related work is advisory only and handled at capability-category level. We screen engagements against applicable export-control and sanctions regimes and do not take part in transactions that would breach them.
Conflicts of interest & disclosure
Where we represent a manufacturer, we tell clients before advice is given. We never act for a buyer and a supplier in the same procurement, and we decline mandates where a conflict cannot be managed properly.
Confidentiality & information handling
Client information is shared on a need-to-know basis, protected in transit and at rest, and returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request. We sign non-disclosure agreements where appropriate and respect national classification rules.
Partner & third-party due diligence
Before working with an integrator, representative or supplier, we check ownership, reputation, sanctions exposure and compliance practices, and we include clear compliance obligations in our agreements.
Responsible use of technology
Surveillance, screening and AI-enabled systems affect people's rights. We encourage proportionate, lawful use, privacy by design and human oversight, and we will not support projects aimed at unlawful repression.
Fair procurement
When we help authorities prepare tenders, we aim for specifications that invite genuine competition. When we support bidders, we respect procurement rules and the confidentiality of the process.
