Questions

Frequently asked

What does an engagement with SecuFense look like?

Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation about your requirement, timeline and constraints. We then agree scope, deliverables and reporting in writing before work starts.

Do you sell or supply equipment?

No. SecuFense is an advisory firm. Where it serves the client we represent a select group of manufacturers, and we always disclose those relationships up front.

Which regions do you cover?

North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, supported by more than 2,000 system integrators and industry partners.

Can you work with us on one specific question?

Yes. An advisory mandate covers a single strategy, assessment, market study or due-diligence review with a defined scope and timeline.

Do you work for both buyers and suppliers?

Yes, but never on both sides of the same procurement. Before accepting a mandate we check for conflicts of interest and tell the client about any relationship that could matter to them.

How do you handle confidential information?

On a need-to-know basis. We sign non-disclosure agreements where appropriate, limit who sees sensitive material and return or destroy it at the end of an engagement on request.

What about defense-related work?

Defense-related work is advisory only and handled at capability-category level. SecuFense does not sell or supply equipment, and every engagement follows applicable export-control and local regulations.
